Healthy Alternative by Jeffrey Lan of Apostrophic Lab is a free condensed geometric sans serif with exceptionally tall caps and a severe, compressed silhouette. The letters are built from broad vertical strokes, flat edges, and sharply cut internal spaces, with tight proportions that make the forms look like simplified building facades.
Industrial architecture and urban graphics are natural themes for this lettering, especially on music posters, event branding, and merchandise where its slab-like shapes can echo scaffolding, concrete, or machinery.
