Author's note

Helvari Condensed Extrudet by Fabian Pfeifhofer is a free distorted display font with tall, tightly drawn letters. Its uneven strokes bend inward and outward, giving the forms a pinched, hand-cut silhouette. The finish is stark and wiry.

Posters are its most convincing setting, especially for experimental music or offbeat events. The narrow lettering also suits album covers, club flyers, and fashion graphics, where its irregular shapes suggest tension and movement. Against angular photography or rough collage, the letters can become part of the image rather than a neutral caption.
