Author's note

Helvari by Fabian Pfeifhofer is a free light sans serif with tall, spare lowercase forms and a distinctly contemporary cut. Its smooth curves and even strokes keep the lettering calm and direct.

Editorial design is its strongest setting, especially for magazine headings and restrained cover lines, and the same clean construction suits fashion branding, gallery programs, and cultural event posters. The generous round shapes and sharply pointed joins create an effective link between quiet photography and angular geometric graphics, and the type can echo both circular image crops and the hard edges of exhibition signage.
