Author's note

Herald Square by Nick Curtis is a free Art Deco display font built from stark geometric capitals. Broad strokes meet slender lines, with sharp diagonals and dramatically varied letter widths.

As a theatrical title, it can turn lettering into part of the set design rather than a neutral caption. Its streamlined geometry fits jazz events, period film posters, and fashion branding with a 1920s or 1930s reference. The angular construction is especially suited to stories of nightlife, architecture, and metropolitan glamour.
