Author's note

Heroin 07, a free eroded display font, has the feel of a battered woodtype headline dragged through ink, dust, and rough paper. The caps are big, blunt, and traditional at heart, but their chipped edges, broken patches, and splattered scars make the whole font feel nervous and worn-in rather than orderly.

It suits poster work, zine covers, album sleeves, protest graphics, and title cards where a free font with this much abrasion can do the heavy lifting fast. Use it for short headlines, cover lines, or a drop-in initial when you want the letters to look bruised by printing itself.
