Author's note
hildeCAPS, created by J O E B O B graphics and nine-year-old Hilde Rikken, is a free cartoon 3D caps display font with a playful hand-drawn spirit. Uneven outlines, squared corners, and offset side panels make the letters resemble cardboard forms cut, folded, and sketched by hand.
Its crooked dimensional edges create a cheerful, homemade effect across children's book covers and classroom posters. This free font also brings an energetic craft-table mood to toy packaging, party invitations, game title screens, and playful event signage, especially when paired with simple illustrations.
