Horseshoes & Lemonade by Lauren Ashpole is a free distorted serif display font with tall, uneven letters and a hand-cut theatrical look. Narrow proportions, crooked edges, and sharp, irregular serifs give the lettering the lively tension of vintage circus bills or handmade show posters.

For music merchandise, the rough silhouettes can turn a band name into an unruly emblem, yet the same eccentric forms suit playful food packaging. It also suits event posters and magazine covers. Its clearest home is offbeat carnival, sideshow, and folk entertainment.
