Author's note

Hyrrokkin Runic by David Kerkhoff is a free runic display font with tall, narrow symbols and a deliberately weathered surface. Forked branches give many forms the look of carved ritual marks.

Norse mythology and dark fantasy are the clearest settings for these symbols, particularly on game interfaces, book covers, and event posters. Their scratched edges and inset white cuts can echo ancient stone textures, maps, or artifact illustrations, letting the alphabet become part of the depicted world rather than ordinary lettering.
