Author's note

Impacted font by Harrison Reilly is a free comic display typeface that looks like a hand-drawn, over-inked version of a classic headline face. Its chunky, uneven strokes and slightly slumped shapes feel like they’ve been pressed hard onto paper, giving every word a loud, handmade presence. Letters crowd together in a bold wall of black, creating a punchy, almost poster-press texture that instantly grabs attention without feeling stiff or corporate.

Using Impacted, your titles feel shouted, not spoken-great for posters, party flyers, YouTube thumbnails, memes, zines, and bold blog or comic headers. This free font works beautifully when set big and tight, then paired with a clean sans serif for body text to keep things readable. Let IMPACTED handle the loud parts while your supporting type stays simple and quiet in the background.
