Insight Issue by Galdino Otten is a free old-school slab serif display font built from massive, tightly fitted capitals. Broad strokes and blunt rectangular serifs give the lettering a dense, poster-like silhouette. Abrupt transitions between curves and straight edges keep the solid construction from looking mechanical.
It can create forceful title treatments drawn from vintage shop signs and hand-cut advertising. That makes it a convincing choice for music posters, streetwear branding, and event merchandise with a rough retro direction. In packaging, the broad letterforms can become part of badge or label artwork rather than neutral product text.
this font was conceived with the intention to make possible to creative of advertising and design the freedom to create title of texts, short texts, logotypes, marks, and any another artistic work being able to modify each letter with the purpose to personalize its work in accordance with its infinite creativity.
