Author's note

Japonesa Outline by Iza W of Intellecta Design is a free outlined cartoon display font with lanky, hand-drawn letterforms and a loose, offbeat silhouette. Its uneven curves and noticeably changing stroke widths give the lettering a cut-paper looseness. Small, sharp notches interrupt several rounded shapes, adding a slightly mischievous edge.

Playful food, travel, and children's themes suit its irregular construction, making it useful for packaging, event posters, and game graphics. Its outlines can become scenery within a simple ink illustration.
