Kacst Farsi is a free serif, and its lettering leans toward a classical bookish mood. The contrast is gentle but noticeable, with soft bracketed serifs, a roomy lowercase, and a slightly calligraphic swing in letters like the curved "a" and sweeping "s" that keeps it from feeling rigid.
It suits editorial mastheads, cultural brochures, book covers, academic programs, and short brand lines where a calm traditional tone matters more than flash. As a free font, it also makes sense for title cards and pull quotes, since those broad curves and steady serifs give short text a composed, literary voice.
