Key by Simon Daykin of Byte-sized Computing is a free keyboard-key display font built around upright capital letters enclosed in outlined three-dimensional keycaps. The sturdy housings have clipped upper corners, straight sides, and broad beveled bases that resemble individual keys viewed slightly from above. Inside them, plain sans serif forms keep the mechanical framing in charge of the design.

Digital graphics are the most immediate home for it. The object-like letters suit interface illustrations, technology posters, game menus, computing-themed merchandise, and classroom materials, where the repeated keycap motif can turn names, commands, or labels into a bank of recognizable controls.
