Kingthings Serifique UL Wide, designed by Kevin King, is a free high-contrast serif display font with an elegant, unconventional profile. Broad letterforms combine very fine horizontal strokes with firmer verticals, and the sweeping curves, clipped serifs, and occasional rounded terminals keep the design from feeling strictly classical.

Its fashion-editorial air suits magazine covers and perfume packaging. It can also lend restaurant branding and event invitations a refined but slightly eccentric edge, with the small circular details and extended curves providing decorative links to borders, flourishes, or similarly delicate imagery.
