Author's note

Kkschnitzler, designed by Maurice van Brast, is a free distorted display font built from blunt strokes and sharply folded shapes. Its compressed letters sit at skewed angles and appear partly cut apart.

Its experimental poster style suits underground music artwork, independent arts events, and fashion editorials, where geometric collage is part of the wider graphic treatment. For streetwear branding and record packaging, the jagged silhouettes can become part of the product identity, almost like a set of angular cutout logos.
