Kremlin Kiev, from BCD/MFA, is a free Russian display font with a heavy folk-poster feel. The letters mix blocky slab-like weight with rounded cut-ins and arching tops, giving the font a carved, old-empire flavor that feels closer to signage and civic lettering than to ordinary serif styles.
It suits vodka labels, theater posters, album covers, restaurant branding, and event flyers where that Soviet-era or Eastern European mood needs to land fast. As a free font, it also works well for short headlines, title cards, and initials, because the chunky silhouettes and distinctive joins carry a lot of character in just a few letters.
