Kuro, designed by Jonathan Hill of The Northern Block, is a free light sans serif with tall, open proportions, a restrained geometric finish, gently rounded curves, and crisp joins. Its fine strokes give the letters an unusually airy profile.
Technology and contemporary architecture are natural subjects for its precise shapes, making it useful for exhibition posters and cultural publishing.
