Lalo, designed by Eduardo Padilla Aguilar, is a free monoline handwritten font built from fine, nearly uniform strokes and spare geometric forms, with rounded shapes that seem compass-drawn beside unusually tall and straight vertical lines. Its lettering looks airy, informal, and deliberately simple.
As a clean hand-drawn label, it suits stationery branding, cafe packaging, and understated event posters, with broad circular letters and long upright strokes becoming part of the graphic idea. In editorial work, the same open construction fits magazine section titles and arts listings, where its thin lines can echo simple illustrations, maps, and diagram-like graphics.
