Author's note

Laranjha Pro Fraco, a free geometric sans serif by Álvaro Thomáz of 8own, uses hairline strokes and dramatically open proportions. Its circles are nearly perfect, and sharp triangular forms bring a measured architectural look. Tight joins and occasional overlaps turn neighboring letters into continuous linear constructions.

A contemporary architecture studio or design-led fashion label could use it for branding that feels precise and rarefied. It also suits exhibition posters, editorial covers, and cultural event graphics. In these settings, the lettering can become part of a diagram or structural motif rather than serving only as text within the finished visual system.
