Lazov is a free modern Gothic font with a sharp, late-medieval flavor. The letters mix broad, dark strokes with sudden tapering cuts and hooked curves, so the overall feel is dramatic but not overly ornate, with a few almost calligraphic twists that keep it lively.
It fits posters, book jackets, music branding, title cards, and moody editorial headings where a free font needs some historical tension without going full blackletter. Because the forms are bold and a little theatrical, it also works well for monograms and short cover lines that need a carved, ceremonial mood.
