Author's note

Lexington High is a free eroded display font with a lean, modern Gothic edge. Its tall, uneven letters mix sharp triangular cuts, sweeping curves, and patches of scraped texture, producing a restless silhouette that feels deliberately fractured.

Contemporary Gothic styling makes it a natural fit for alternative music posters and album packaging. The distressed strokes also suit horror event graphics and dark fashion branding, especially when the lettering needs an abrasive, theatrical voice. In those settings, the broken forms can become part of a jagged emblem or damaged sign rather than serving as neutral text.
