LF Childsplay by Leigh Flurry is a free cartoon display font with oversized, uneven letters and a gleefully unruly silhouette. Deep notches, slanted tops, and occasional cross-shaped cutouts make the dense forms look like pieces from a handmade construction set.
Packaging makes especially good use of these broad, graphic letters on toy boxes and snack labels, and the same mismatched shapes suit children's event posters and game graphics with a comic edge. Toy packaging is its clearest and most convincing use.
