Light Pixel-7 by Style-7 is a free pixel font with tall, squared capitals and unusually open proportions. Its even strokes and blunt right-angle turns recall an early arcade scoreboard. Several letters use off-center cut-ins or narrow internal gaps.
Digital graphics are its clearest home, particularly game menus, tech event posters, and electronic-music album covers. Across those settings, its chunky, economical shapes point directly to low-resolution game worlds, control panels, and the homemade computer graphics of the early digital era and DIY electronic culture.
