Author's note

Luxi Sans by Kris Holmes and Charles Bigelow of Bigelow & Holmes Inc. is a free humanist sans serif with clean, plainly drawn letters and gentle stroke variation. Its broad curves soften the otherwise spare construction.

A technology brand, design studio, or contemporary cultural venue could use it for logos and signage because the lettering feels practical yet approachable. It also suits magazine covers and product packaging, where the open shapes can support an understated identity instead of a loud decorative theme.
