Makore by Wep is a free jagged cut-paper display font with a rough, hand-built energy. Its letters look folded, torn, and knocked slightly off balance, with hard angles and chunky silhouettes that give the whole font a raw collage feel rather than a polished geometric one.
That makes it a natural pick for poster headlines, zine covers, album art, event flyers, and title cards where a free font can bring in noise, movement, and a DIY edge. It also works well for short branding lines or opening initials, because the irregular cuts and compact shapes carry enough character without needing much text.
