Author's note

Manga font by Neale Davidson is a free Japanese-style font with squared forms, straight sides, and sharp cut-ins that give the letters a blocky, comic-book edge. The shapes feel modeled on manga title lettering rather than plain text, with repeated angular details that keep the whole face tightly consistent.

Manga works well for manga covers, anime posters, comic chapter titles, fan art graphics, and game menu labels where that Japanese reference needs to be clear at a glance. This free font also suits zines, merch artwork, and short display copy because its rigid geometry carries the theme without relying on extra decoration.
