Author's note

Mason, created with Calligraphr.com, is a free eroded display font with rough, heavily ink-eaten edges. Its rounded, uneven letters look hand cut, with scattered gaps and scratches breaking into the strokes rather than forming a uniform digital pattern. The broad, slightly awkward forms stay simple beneath the distressed surface.

Packaging takes on a worn workshop quality. Posters, music merchandise, and event graphics can use its battered shapes to reach audiences drawn to punk, garage, or handmade craft culture, especially independent makers.
