MC Hobbes from Microgetics Corporation is a free hand-cut display font with jagged, uneven letterforms. Its strokes shift in width and meet at blunt, chiseled corners, giving each letter a homemade silhouette. The irregular cuts look deliberate.
Designers working on children's entertainment or offbeat comedy can use it for book covers, game packaging, and event posters. The rough shapes feel especially suited to a comic title, where the lettering can read like part of the drawing rather than formal typography.
