Author's note

Metal Pipes by TomoAlien of FSI FontShop International GmbH is a free industrial dingbat font built from tall, pipe-like symbols with striped shafts, rounded caps, and tightly repeated mechanical details. Their narrow vertical forms use rings, crossbars, and alternating bands to resemble a set of factory fittings or schematic components rather than conventional lettering.

Industrial machinery and engineered structures are its clearest subject matter. The symbols can become pipes, gauges, or framework within game interfaces and science-fiction posters, and their barcode-like repetition also suits electronic music packaging, club merchandise, and technical-themed event graphics with a distinctly cold and severe machine-made atmosphere.
