Author's note

Metis by Zac Neulieb is a free high-contrast geometric sans serif built around a striking exchange of hairline strokes and oversized solid black curves. The result is elegant, severe, and distinctly Art Deco.

Geometric illustration and sharp black-and-white patterns can echo its circles and wedges across posters, fashion editorials, album packaging, and book covers. The font is most convincing on museum and gallery posters, where the lettering can become the main artwork rather than simply serving as a neutral caption.
