Mid-Evil by Cullen Bunker is a free medieval-inspired decorative display font with dense, angular letters and a stark cut-paper silhouette. Sharp notches, squared arches, and sudden changes in stroke width give the alphabet an unruly heraldic look, with several forms resembling shields, battlements, or split pennants.
A fantasy game studio or medieval-themed venue could use it for branding, packaging, signage, and posters, where the lettering can become part of an illustrated setting. The pointed crowns and fortress-like shapes are especially apt for stories of rival kingdoms, dark folklore, and comic quests.
