Author's note

Misdemeanor by Kevin Christopher is a free eroded military display font with broad, uneven letterforms and a hard stamped impression. Its battered surface looks scraped, chipped, and splattered.

It can turn a title into a battered stencil mark, making it apt for action-game graphics and gig posters. The abrasive texture also suits punk album covers and skate merchandise, especially when the artwork draws on photocopied or spray-painted surfaces. Here the lettering can function as part of the distressed image rather than as neutral text.
