Author's note

Mordred Italic font by Paul Reid is an Arthurian display font with a long, slanted silhouette and a hand-drawn sweep across each word. The forms keep shifting between pointed cuts and open curves, so the line feels like one continuous gesture instead of a rigid upright face.

Mordred Italic suits fantasy titles, book jackets, poster headlines, theater programs, and game branding where a written line can carry the mood. It also fits invitations and chapter openers that need a decorative accent, especially when the layout wants movement more than ornament.
