Author's note

Mortis by Atrax is a modern gothic free font with angular, cutaway letterforms and sharp diagonal breaks that give each shape a carved, fractured rhythm. The shapes stay blocky at the corners, while pointed notches and slanted cuts keep the line moving.

Mortis fits poster titles, album covers, game menus, band logos, and event flyers because the clipped geometry does most of the visual work. It also suits horror packaging and branding that need a sharp, gothic accent in a short display line of text.
