Author's note

Nancy, a free handwritten font by Ellinor, has the broad, rounded stroke of quick marker lettering rather than neat pen script. Its uneven bounce and slightly inflated curves keep the rhythm casual and personal, so the lettering feels like a name jotted on a card, label, or note in one confident pass.

That easy handwritten texture makes sense on greeting cards, scrapbook titles, gift tags, cafe signs, and informal packaging where a polished script would feel too dressed up.
