Author's note

New Gothic Style, designed by Nicolas Muino of Estudio Lambda, is a free modern blackletter font built from tall, sharply cut forms. Its narrow letters combine rigid vertical strokes with sweeping diagonal joins and pointed notches. The silhouette is stark and architectural.

Its contemporary Gothic character makes it especially apt for music artwork and dark fashion branding. The repeated blade-like angles also suit event posters, where the lettering can echo stage sets, metalwork, or angular illustration. For publishing and game graphics, it offers a convincing title style for subjects involving fantasy, folklore, or severe futuristic worlds.
