New Gothic Textura by Elodie Mandray is a free blackletter font with a stark, modern cut. Tall vertical strokes, broken curves, and pointed joins build a dense silhouette, yet the simplified forms avoid the busy ornament of older Gothic lettering.
It is especially convincing for music posters, where its severe shapes can set an industrial or metal direction. The same angular construction suits fashion branding and dark fantasy game graphics. On merchandise, the letters can become part of an emblem rather than serving as neutral text.
