Author's note
NK48 is a free condensed Cyrillic display font with a stark late-modernist feel. The letters are drawn as tall vertical blocks, tightly packed and nearly monoline, while a few rounded turns keep the rigid rhythm from feeling cold.
It fits posters, record sleeves, title cards, event graphics, and bold cover lines where narrow space needs a strong graphic stripe across the page. As a free font, it also suits monograms and short wordmarks, because the repeated vertical strokes and occasional curved cuts give even a brief setting a locked-up, architectural presence.
