Author's note

No Autority by Cloutierfontes is a free eroded display font with broad, forceful capitals and a deliberately battered silhouette. Large chips break through the strokes, and scattered ink flecks make the edges look freshly splashed rather than uniformly weathered. The uneven damage gives each letter its own contour.

Handwritten notes and photocopied textures echo its ink damage, making the font useful for music posters, album art, and editorial covers. It can also turn a skate label or event identity into part of a rough collage instead of neutral lettering. Its strongest context is punk and underground culture, where scraped surfaces and accidental marks belong to the subject.
