Oak MagicMushroom by Oliver A. Krimmel of oak is a free Thai-inspired display font with inflated, uneven letterforms. Rounded strokes swell into bulbous shapes, and small cutouts and curled details give the lettering a lively, mushroom-like silhouette.
Psychedelic design is its clearest setting, particularly for music posters and festival merchandise. The soft, eccentric forms also suit playful food packaging and children's entertainment. In editorial work, it can turn a magazine title or feature opener into part of the illustration rather than neutral type.
