Old Stamper by Cpr. Sparhelt is a free eroded stencil font. Broad upright caps have chipped edges, broken strokes, and rough gaps that recall ink pressed onto battered crates or weathered signs.
Posters and merchandise make particularly good use of this distressed construction, especially for punk events, military-themed graphics, and rugged clothing labels. The same damaged stencil forms also suit game artwork and music packaging based on post-apocalyptic, protest, or underground subjects.
