Author's note

Old Standard TT by Alexey Kryukov is a free classical serif font with the poised, formal look of traditional book type. Fine bracketed serifs sharpen the slender, high-contrast letterforms.

Literature, history, and classical studies are its most convincing territory, especially for book jackets, academic publishing, and museum exhibitions. On period posters or exhibition panels, the lettering can become part of an archival concept, recalling the measured authority of an old printed heading.
