OldFriends by Mnfred Klein is a free cartoon dingbat font filled with whimsical figures and wintry symbols. The lively line drawings use uneven contours, exaggerated expressions, and chunky areas of detail and recall hand-inked cartoon spot illustrations.
Children's publishing and seasonal gift packaging are very different settings, but both suit its comic storytelling and friendly outlined forms. The characters could also enliven holiday cards and winter event posters with small moments of visual humor. Because each symbol reads as a complete illustration, it can mingle directly with snow scenes, festive patterns, or other playful artwork.
