Optill 2A by Tibor Lantos is a free dot-matrix display font with letters assembled from tight grids of square marks. The broken strokes recall low-resolution screens and early computer printouts. Its forms are lean and deliberately mechanical.
Digital title cards are its strongest use, especially for games and electronic music graphics that benefit from the block-built lettering. The same squared pattern also suits technology branding and event posters, where the type can become part of readout imagery.
