Oregano Italic by Brian J. Bonislawsky of Astigmatic is a free comic display font with swift, slanted lettering and an unmistakably drawn-by-hand edge. Broad downstrokes narrow into pointed tips, and uneven joins keep the forms lively and informal.

It is especially suited to food packaging, where its loose curves can suggest a handwritten market label or cafe sign. Posters and casual event graphics gain a personable spark. In children's publishing and illustrated menus, the sweeping strokes can echo loose ink drawings and become part of the artwork.
