Ornamental Initials M by House of Lime is a free Gothic initials font built from dense medieval ornament, carved borders, winding foliage, and small figures enclosed within imposing letterforms. Each initial resembles a compact woodcut.
Medieval manuscript imagery makes it especially apt for historical events, fantasy games, museum graphics, and heraldic branding. In publishing, the decorated capitals can introduce chapters or frame feature openings as miniature illustrations rather than ordinary lettering.
