Peralta by Brian J. Bonislawsky of Astigmatic is a free comic display font with hefty, irregular letters and a lively hand-cut silhouette. Broad slabs, pinched joins, and changing stroke widths make the forms look animated rather than mechanically uniform. The tilted shapes keep the line in motion.
Quirky toy shops, casual eateries, and family events could use its chunky lettering for an upbeat retro identity. It also suits children's book covers and humorous magazine features, where the uneven contours can echo illustration and give editorial titles a comic-panel flavor.
