PF Marshal D Orr, created by David E. Howerton of Planck Foam Scholarly Dragon Press, is a free Western display font built around sheriff badge lettering. Each capital is set inside its own pointed, rivet-like emblem.
A Western-themed event poster is its most convincing role, since the letters already resemble a row of illustrated marshal badges. The same frontier motif also suits saloon signage, rodeo merchandise, and packaging for playful hot sauces or snacks. In game graphics, the badge shapes can function as collectible icons or character markers, but the font is at its best when a poster needs type and Western imagery in one device.
