Author's note

PF Wizard Downwind, created by David E. Howerton of Planck Foam Scholarly Dragon Press, is a free fantasy initial font with sweeping, high-contrast letterforms. Each character is accompanied by a detailed wizard figure, turning the alphabet into storybook emblems.

It fits fantasy book covers and role-playing game graphics, yet its ornate silhouette also suits event posters and themed merchandise. In publishing, the illustrated letters can introduce chapters or mark sections with a recurring wizard motif.
