Author's note

PixelSix00 by Cal Henderson is a free bitmap font with a blunt, early-screen look. The letters are built from crisp square modules, with narrow verticals and stepped curves that give it the feel of old interface labels, simple game menus, and low-resolution software graphics.

It fits naturally in retro game branding, zine covers, poster captions, title cards, and web graphics where a free font can carry that direct pixel-grid voice without softening it. Use it when you want short words or compact headings to feel native to 8-bit culture, because the blocky rhythm keeps every letter spare, sharp, and unmistakably digital.
